Order Fulfillment Process
Our current business model is based on on-demand fulfillment. This means that we do not stock all products in our own warehouse. Instead, when you place an order, we purchase the item from a trusted third-party supplier and ship it directly to your address.
What This Means for You
- All products are sourced only after you place your order.
- We handle the ordering and fulfillment process entirely on your behalf.
- We monitor the quality and reliability of every supplier we work with.
- If a product is found to be defective or does not match its description, we take full responsibility and follow our return/refund policy.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Once an order is placed, it is processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Expanding Our Fulfillment Options
While our primary model is dropshipping through verified suppliers, Motos Gear™ is actively working toward building its own fulfillment capabilities. In the near future, we may stock and ship select high-demand products directly from our local facilities.
When this transition occurs, the product page will clearly state whether an item is fulfilled from our own inventory or a partner warehouse.
